Many of Premium Plate’s projects are large-scale, industry-specific requests for major companies across the globe. We routinely perform custom plate cutting and rolling as key steps in creating a ready-to-use product.
We help you cut costs and lead times as well as minimize logistics complexities by performing multiple functions in our centralized facility. These include, but aren’t limited to, blasting, rolling, cutting, forming, beveling, and coating processes.
Our current facility can process plates up to 83’ long on our dry downdraft cutting table and up to 120” wide and 600” long on our rolling system, with cutting capability up to 2” thick and rolling capacity up to 1.5” thick.
Our management team is committed to delivering the highest levels of quality control. We perform pre-process, in-process, and post-process inspections, industry-required testing to maintain code compliance, and any customer-specified quality functions. All processing history and quality data are electronically recorded and retained in our database.
